It’s often not the work that needs to change, but the emotional strain surrounding it.

About Lana

I started my career in HR at a large investment bank in NYC, working closely with individuals navigating high-pressure, fast-paced environments. While I wore many hats, what I found most meaningful was supporting people one-on-one, helping them grow, move through challenges, and find clarity in their lives.

Over time, I noticed a pattern. Most people weren’t struggling with their actual job responsibilities. The real challenges stemmed from emotional and psychological dynamics such as stress, difficult relationships, burnout, or feeling stuck, both at work and at home. That insight led me to pursue a master’s in mental health counseling, driven by a belief that professional and personal fulfillment begins with self-awareness and the ability to manage emotions in high-pressure moments.

Today, I work with professionals across finance, law, healthcare, tech, and academia, industries where the bar is high and the emotional demands often go unspoken. I help my clients navigate these pressures with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of personal well-being.

I am licensed to work with individuals in New Jersey and Connecticut.
